Sharon and Bruce Become Mice in the Experiment of Life

Sharon and Bruce Become Mice in the Experiment of Life

September 29, 2020

Bruce and Sharon update on their current projects and talk about the process of critiquing writing. Bob tricks them by giving them the ability to listen to themselves (with headphones) but he puts a delay on them so they are never really sure where they are. Great fun (for Bob, anyway).

They talk about how the struggle to write is real, and they recap their recent reads.

Would you like to hear more about what they think the three deadly sins a writer can make to damage their manuscript? Join us on the BC Book Club as a Sapphire or Diamond Dragon and find out!

Sharon Skinner is the author of 9 books and a number of short stories, including the Tavara Tinker Series. Her most recent title, The Exile's Gift, is available now from Brick Cave Media. She is online at https://sharonskinner.com

Bruce Davis is the author of 7 books and several short pieces of fiction. He writes science fiction, fantasy and non fiction. His most recent title, Gold Magic, is currently available from Brick Cave Media. He is online at https://brucecdavis.com.

A Bill and Patrick Deconstruction of Pop Culture

A Bill and Patrick Deconstruction of Pop Culture

September 21, 2020

* Language Warning* Bill desperately tries to find a name for the show as he systematically destroys his favorite childhood television. Patrick, meanwhile, short circuits the Marvel Cinematic Universe with one poem.

This episode is dedicated to the memory, as Bill remembers it, of William Frawley. There is additional audio from this episode available exclusively to our Sapphire and Diamond Dragon BC Book Club members, if you dare.
